A young filmmaker discovers he can make commercials without selling his soul
As a student in film school, Wefilm director Lennart Verstegen had absolutely no desire to make commercials. But his mentor, Wefilm director Joeri Holsheimer, made him change his mind and was a true source of inspiration. What he said in class really hit home for Lennart: “Don’t think of it as making someone’s commercial. You’re making your own film.”
It is always great to look back on a relationship and wonder how it all started.
